How should company knowledge be prepared for AI deployment?

Knowledge should be organised into facts, services, procedures, questions and ownership for updates. A document does not become a good AI source merely because it exists. Contradictions, gaps, outdated information and content that should not be used without human confirmation must be identified.

Questions about organisational knowledge quality

Prepared by Kamil Kosiorek “Kosior” — founder of Vis-Sol and designer of the VSA platform.

Run the free VSA Knowledge Scan

How can a company check the quality of its documents and data?

Check freshness, completeness, ambiguity, duplicate versions and ownership. Pricing, deadlines, safety procedures and exception-handling rules require particular attention.

How can outdated information be kept out of AI answers?

Sources should have a version, update date and approver. Retired material should be separated from active knowledge, and high-risk answers routed for verification.

Who should approve knowledge used by an assistant?

The business owner responsible for that area, not the technology supplier alone. Vis-Sol can identify gaps and inconsistencies but should not independently establish organisational facts.

The knowledge can be prepared for a VSA instance.

We validate facts, organise categories, fill gaps and only then import the material into the organisation’s isolated environment.

VSA Knowledge Scan is part of the VSA platform. The result shows whether the content can feed a dedicated VSA instance and what information must be completed before deployment.
